Avoiding cold part I

  1. wash your hands regularly :

While cold and flu germs can be floating through the air on the invisible droplets of an uncovered sneeze or cough, we’re more likely to pick them up from any infected surface. In order to get rid of unwanted cold and flu germs before its can find a way into your body, all you need to do is wash your hands before you eat, after you use the bathroom, and whenever you arrive home.

2- Try not to touch you face by your unclean fingers:

Viruses can find their way to your body easily, and the most easiest way is through our fingers. rubbing your eyes, chew your fingers or itch your noise, can be the first hits to your colds. Whenever you visit a grocery store, playing park, or any other germy place try to avoid touching your face before cleaning or sanitize your hands
